This policy applies to all feedback received across all departments and platforms, including oral, written, online, and offline communications.
2. Feedback Channels:
- Internal Channels:
- Regularly scheduled team and department meetings.
- Employee suggestion boxes (physical and digital).
- Annual or biannual employee surveys.
- Exit interviews.
- External Channels:
- Customer/client feedback forms.
- Online reviews and ratings.
- Social media comments and direct messages.
- Community engagement sessions.
3. Feedback Collection:
- We encourage all stakeholders to provide candid, constructive, and respectful feedback.
- Anonymous feedback options are available for those who prefer it.
- Feedback is collected continuously and analyzed periodically.
4. Feedback Classification:
Feedback is classified into the following categories for better understanding and action:

7. Confidentiality:

8. Continuous Improvement:
